Returns and Refunds

Every set is handmade in small batches, so here’s how refunds work.

Canceling your order

You can cancel for a full refund until your order is delivered or picked up, or until December 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, whichever comes first. Email tenaya@nwrepourrefillery.com with your name and order number.

Final sale

All sales are final once your order is delivered or picked up, or after December 6, 2026. This includes orders that are canceled after a missed pickup or delivery, as explained in my Shipping and Delivery policy.

Opened or used items

I can’t accept returns on opened or used items, including candles, oils, lotions and bath products.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email me within 72 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo. I’ll replace it with the same item or one of equal value. If I can’t replace it, I’ll refund that item.

What isn’t considered damage

  Small differences in color, shape or finish. Handmade pieces and natural crystals are never exactly alike.

  Crystals and crystal add ons are chosen at random and may look different from the photos.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under state or federal law.
