Shipping and delivery


Local delivery and pickup

I offer local delivery in Salem and nearby towns, and free pickup at a public location in Salem.


Delivery fee

Delivery is $5 per order in Salem and $10 per order to nearby towns like Keizer, Turner, Independence, Monmouth, Silverton and Stayton. Not sure if you're in range? Email me before you order. Pickup is always free.


Shipping by request

Shipping isn’t available at checkout yet, but I’m happy to consider it by special request. Email tenaya@nwrepourrefillery.com before ordering, and I’ll let you know if I can ship to you and what it will cost. Shipping costs are separate from your order total.


Ordering window

Orders are open until Sunday, December 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, or until items sell out.


When you’ll receive your order

I deliver and hold pickups throughout November and December. After you order, I’ll email you to schedule your date and time. Every order will be delivered or ready for pickup by Sunday, December 20, 2026.

If there’s a delay

If I can’t deliver your order by the date I gave you, I’ll email you as soon as I know, with a new date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund, which I’ll send within 7 business days.

Pickup

I’ll email you the exact location and time after you order.

Delivery

Checkout asks for an address, but nothing ships. I use it to plan your delivery and keep a record of your order. Please double check your address and phone number at checkout. You can choose:

  • Doorstep drop off: I’ll leave your order at your door and text you a photo once it’s delivered.
  • In person hand off: I’ll hand it to you at a time we set together.

Let me know your choice in the Notes or instructions box at checkout, or when I email you. If I don’t hear back, I’ll do a doorstep drop off with a photo. Once your order is delivered or picked up, it’s your responsibility. For doorstep drop offs, the photo confirms delivery.

Missed pickup or delivery

If you can’t make your scheduled time, email me and we’ll find a new one. If your order isn’t picked up or received within 7 days of your scheduled date, and I’ve tried to reach you at least twice by email and text, your order will be canceled without a refund.
