Terms and Conditions

NW Repour Refillery is owned and operated by Northwest Repour Refillery LLC, an Oregon limited liability company based in Salem, Oregon. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to my Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy policies.

Orders and availability

All items are handmade in small batches and quantities are limited. Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If an item sells out or I can’t fill your order, I’ll contact you and refund that item in full.

Handmade and natural items

Every piece is made by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Crystals are natural and may have marks, chips or color variations. Crystal add ons are chosen at random.

Product use and safety

Body products are for external use only. Patch test before use and stop using if irritation occurs.
Ingredients are listed on each product label. If you have allergies or questions, email me before ordering.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from anything flammable.
Simmer pot kits are for fragrance only and are not food. Never leave a simmer pot on the stove unattended or let it boil dry.
Essential oils can be harmful to pets. Use oils, room sprays and candles with care around animals.
Crystals and charms are small parts and may be a choking hazard. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Crystals are decorative. My products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not responsible for reactions, injuries or damage caused by misuse of a product or by not following the safety guidance above. To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under law, including for personal injury caused by my negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under state or federal law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
